San Cristobal de las Casas is located in the Indigenous-controlled Maya territories of ancient Mesoamerica. Carlos Cea’s work is inspired by five thousand years of Indigenous Maya and Mesoamerican art, cosmology, and history. Proceeds from every sale financially benefit Carlos directly!
